P Visa:

P-1 visas are intended for athletes and group entertainers and are filed under the Form I-129.

O Visa:

O-1 visas are intended for persons with extraordinary abilities in the sciences, the arts, education, business or athletics. O visas are also filed under the I-129 form.

L Visa:

L-1 visas are intended for employees of a U.S. parent company who has worked for one continuous year for the subsidiary, affiliate or branch of an American company.

E Visas:

E-1 visas and E-2 visas are intended for immigrants who are entering the U.S. to invest in a business in the United States or are conducting international trade between the U.S. and foreign countries. The availability of investor visas are limited to only those countries which have a bilateral treaty with the United States.

H Visas:

H-visas are intended for temporary employment of business personnel. H-1B visas are for specialty occupations such as engineers or scientists. H-2C visas are intended for temporary agricultural workers and H-2B visas are for unskilled workers when there are not enough workers available in the United States.

With all business visas there are specific and rigid requirements which require substantial supportive evidence. It is necessary to consult an immigration attorney in order to properly apply for a visa.
